About our presenters:

Trinka Burdick, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, RBF Consulting

Trinka Burdick has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources focusing on organizational development, employment policy and law, compensation analysis, employee relations and retention, recruitment and corporate compliance. She also has extensive experience in development and implementation of performance evaluation and professional development planning and coaching programs, and in evaluating companies being considered for merger or acquisition, and assimilating their staff.

Lisa Tran, MBA, PHR,  Human Resources Generalist & Associate, RBF Consulting

Lisa Tran joined RBF in 2004.  She has a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Riverside and a MBA from Chapman University.  Lisa has experience in the field of Human Resources focusing on recruiting, employee relations and retention, benefits administration, and immigration.  Lisa also manages the Firm’s University Outreach Program where she conducts on-campus workshops and presentations, attends career fairs, and hosts industry tours.  Lisa also develops and maintains relationships with student organizations, Deans, and Professors at various colleges and universities.  Her other responsibilities include recruiting New Graduates and Interns for the Firm and planning the New Grad Orientation each year.    Lisa currently serves as a member on the UC Irvine Engineering Diversity Advisory Board.
