Facilitation is a structured, learner-centered process for engaging learners and enabling retention. It’s how we get learners to own the content and the responsibility for learning. About the Presenter
Margaret Connery started her career in childhood education, then graduated to working with adults in business settings. She is Director of Training and Development for Hanley Wood, and facilitates engaging programs on a variety of business skills.
