This is the LIVE event.

It's time to stop asking "What are QR Codes?" and to start asking, "What can we do with QR Codes?" These tech tools may have originated in the Marketing Department, but they are being quickly adopted by the Training Department for BIG FUN learning.

In this highly interactive session, the speaking duo of Dr. Kella Price and Larry Straining will demonstrate one of the hottest mobile tech trends to find information, learn in teams, and discover ways to incorporate this learning tool into any organization.

Using your smartphone, you will read and create QR codes, as well as simulate a learning environment using QR codes. Although our presenters will be remote, we will be providing the materials that will make you a QR code expert. We will also be raffling off two of Larry's books.

Your Presenters:

Dr. Kella Price, SPHR, CPLP, is CEO of Price Consulting Group and author of "Twitter for Trainers."

Larry Straining, CPLP, is a New Media Technology Coach and author of "111 Creative Ways to use QR Codes."

This session is limited to 20 attendees and pre-registration is required. Walk-ins may be permitted on a space-available stand-by basis.

If you register and cannot make it, as a courtesy to others who may like to attend, please contact Denise at 714/527-4785 or ocoffice@astdoc.org, so that we can release your seat for another attendee. You can always register for the online session to have access to the presentation afterwards.

Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to allow for check-in.
