Coaching in Organizational Settings is an introductory course that explores organizational coaching from an evidence-based perspective and is the first tier of a three-part coaching program. A variety of research based models and theories related to the skills and practice of business coaching are discussed. The learning environment is highly interactive where participants develop coaching skills by observing professional demonstrations, engaging in practice sessions, and receiving peer feedback and instructor evaluation.
