Join us as Denise Lamonte shares best practices and lessons learned through leading a change coalition to prepare for an organization-wide change while she worked at St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare as Talent & Organization Effectiveness Manager.

About the Presenter:

Denise Lamonte specializes in helping companies improve individual, team and organizational performance.  She has worked in a variety of learning and organization development capacities, has a broad understanding of performance improvement and the ability to create solutions that meet business goals. She currently serves local organizations as a learning and change management consultant.

Denise currently serves as 2017 ATD-OC Past President and is a master trainer in the ATD-OC Total Trainer and Delivery Skills programs. She holds a certification as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, an ISPI Certified Performance Technologist and a DDI Leadership & Professional Skills Instructor.
