Does your anxiety sometimes keep you from getting started on your preparation, prevent you from sleeping at night, or make you tongue-tied at just the wrong moment?
If so—as you’ve very likely heard—you’re not alone. Fear of public speaking consistently shows up in research as one of top two or three all-time biggest fears of the general population, often beating out death for the top spot. And guess what? The not-so-secret secret is that it’s not just the general public that gets anxious before presenting. Most trainers do too.
