Think again, if you believe Millennials are the managers of the past. They think, work and live differently. Many of them are responsible for teams, departments and organizations that resemble a 4-generation family reunion. In 2015, Millennials officially became our largest workplace generation. As a generation, millennial leaders are serious, valued contributors filling our talent pipelines.

Join us to explore the myths and truths of millennial managers. Devon Scheef explores and explains the knowledge sharing gap that perplexes many organizations – the gap between organizational legacy (“how we do it here”) and millennial leaders who are unencumbered with past practice.

Looking for clues to make a better organization for Millennials and your established workforce alike. Devon shares insights from The Learning Café’s latest primary research about millennial managers. In 2012 – 2014, The Learning Café gathered the views of over 400 millennial managers, their bosses, colleagues and team members about Millennials and how they lead.  Devon shares snap shots of Millennials as formal organizational leaders, how they view their own leadership, and what we all need to know and do about knowledge sharing within our organization.
