OD SIG ~ Navigating a Culture Shift

What does it take create a culture shift in an organization of 14,000 employees? With industry changes, traumatic events and an internal reorganization Southern California Edison has made a big push over the last 3 years to change the culture of the organization.  

Participants will take away:

• A general understanding of how we re-charged the Leadership, Learning and New Employee Orientation programs
• Creation of program branding and our "signature experience"
• An in depth review of tools/activities used as culture levers in New Employee Orientation
