Active Members: enhancement of knowledge and an expansion of your professional network. This is attained either via our Monthly Learning Events, our Special Interest Group meetings, our Continuing Development programs, or by entering into an ATD-OC LinkedIn Group Discussion.
Member Volunteers: enhancement of skills applicable to your job. From small to large projects, you will be able to devote time to expanding and enhancing your skillset in a measurable way!
Leadership Team: improvement of your leadership skills. As you grow within the organization, you can grow your role as well, serving as coach and advisor to other facilitators seeking to enhance their skills.
